Welcome to the Canton of Bryniau Twynnog!

The Canton of Bryniau Tywynnog is a local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism, an international educational organization dedicated to recreating the Middle Ages. We are based in the tri-cities region of Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo.

Within the geography of the Society, we're located in the Barony of Ramshaven, within the Kingdom of Ealdormere. The Kingdom of Ealdormere is the regional division of the SCA covering most of the groups in Ontario, Canada.

IMPORANT NOTICE!
Our in-person meetings and fight practices are back on! See Finding Us for more details.

The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. Our "Known World" consists of 20 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members and 60,000 participants residing in countries around the world.

Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which feature tournaments, royal courts, feasts, dancing, various classes & workshops, and more. To learn more, explore our site to get to know what we do and how to find us.
